This is one of the most sought after C1 Corvettes when it comes to collectibility, it was the predecessor to the Zo6 Corvettes that came out in the 1963 model year. These cars were known as "Tankers" and "Big Brake Fuelies". Zora Arkus Duntov built these cars with one purpose in mind, strictly to race as they were outfitted with Heavy Duty Metallic Brakes, "Elephant Ears" for brake cooling larger fuel tank and Fuel Injection.

This particular car is documented by all of its previous owners and was treated to a full frame-off restoration. This car has been part of 3 major Corvette collections and has earned accolades from multiple NCRS Top Flights, Bloomington Gold Certified, Bloomington Gold Special Collection, 2x NCRS Duntov Mark of Excellence Award Winner, Triple Crown.

This is a true "Investment Grade" Corvette blue chip collectible.
